On April 5, Mongolian Prime Minister Oyun-Erdene met with Ambassador Shen Minjuan at the State Palace and exchanged opinions on the bilateral relations.

The two sides spoke highly of important recent outcomes of China-Mongolia practical cooperation, especially the exchange of notes on the feasibility study of desertification prevention and control project and the agreement on building the cross-border railway bridge. The border port facilities built by China have been put into use and the economic cooperation zone saw positive progress. 

The two sides noted that they will continue to explore cooperation in urban development, renewable energy, and border tourism. 

The two sides also exchanged opinions on other issues of mutual concern.
