China-Mongolia "75 Years of Friendship” Photo Exhibition Held in Ulaanbaatar

The China-Mongolia "75 Years of Friendship" Photo Exhibition organized by the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia and the Mongolia-China Friendship Association opened in Ulaanbaatar on September 20.

Batsukh, Chairman of the Mongolia-China Friendship Association and former Mongolian Ambassador to China, recalled the history of friendly exchanges between Mongolia and China at the opening ceremony. Batsukh said that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and China and the 10th anniversary of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. Over the past 75 years, the friendly relations between Mongolia and China have been consolidated. The two countries have carried out fruitful cooperation in areas including desertification prevention and control. Mongolia-China relations are a model of international relations. This photo exhibition selects 75 pictures recording the wonderful moments of friendship between Mongolia and China.

Ambassador Shen Minjuan said that the photo exhibition allows everyone to relive the precious historical moments of China-Mongolia friendship, from the touching stories of Chinese workers in Mongolia to the friendly stories sheep and tea as tokens of fighting the COVID-19 together , all of which write the deep friendship of the two peoples' mutual assistance and solidarity. China and Mongolia have a common pursuit of development. In recent years, bilateral trade volume has hit new highs, and the high-quality cooperation in the Belt and Road cooperation has achieved remarkable results. We look forward to greater development of practical cooperation in various fields between the two countries in the future.

Former Mongolian President Enkhbaayar, State Great Hural member Enkhtuya and other Mongolian people from all walks of life attended the opening ceremony.

This exhibition is one of the series of events of the "China-Mongolia Friendship Week" and ends on September 27.
