On December 16, Ambassador Shen Minjuan met at request with Ms. Olga Dzhumaeva, Head of East Asia Delegation at International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

Ms. Olga Dzhumaeva extended the gratitude for China’s support in the work of the Red Cross Society, especially during the severe dzud at the beginning of the year. The organization looks forward to closer cooperation with China to strengthen capacity building for Mongolia and reduce the influence of natural disasters. 

Ambassador Shen noted that China is ready to work closer with the IFRC and other multilateral organizations to promote capacity building and improve livelihood of developing countries including Mongolia.
