On September 17, Cao Li, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Chinese Embassy, met with Minister of Finance Z.Mendsaikhan at request. The two sides exchanged views on cargo clearance at the Gantsmod–Gashuunsukhait border port and advancing China's aid and loan cooperation projects.
